Crappy parts and even worse customer service !! Bout a set of eagle talon rotors and hp plus pads for my mustang Gt and with less than 200 miles on rotors and pads, rotors have cracks between rotor vent holes. Very unsafe and dangerous not to mention no stopping power !! These were suppose to be performance parts and let me tell you they are garbage !! After ordering over $300 in parts I could not reach customer service. I called several times and never reached a human through any branch of the phone tree. I used their online contact form twice. I physically mailed the parts back and sent tracking info to the company…crickets.

Be careful ordering from this company. They won’t give you any shipping information or details regarding your order. After calling customer service over 6 times, I decided to email as they obviously don’t answer the phone. I was told my break pads would be shipping the 29th, which is 10 days after placing the order. I stated I was not interested in waiting 10 days just for shipping, and said I’d like to cancel the order if not shipped sooner. I was told they were shipping on Wednesday, the 22nd.
