Joseph came out to our house and fixed our problem fast and easy. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service. I will be using them again for all future plumbing needs. I'm just wondering if they're called The Plumbers now because that's how the receptionist answered the phone.
Made an appointment two weeks before because I’m from out of town & just needed a service call on a rental property. I got into town yesterday and called; yes, they would be there first thing this morning. It is nearly 2 pm and now they say they don’t think they can come today. After we wasted the day waiting on the non- service call. Beware!!
In response to my urgent need to address a malfunctioning radiant heating system, Hawk sent a technician within 2 hours and within another 2 hours the system was working again with a new thermocouple and a reasonable bill for the services.
