I purchased my vehicle from this dealership but I probably won’t be coming here to service it. I contacted the service department in regards to a bubble on my front tire and wanted to know if this was something that could potentially be covered through either Mazdas’s warranty or the tire manufacturer’s, since my car only had 5k miles. I recently purchased a 2025 CX-50 with Hawk Mazda and was very impressed with the customer service. Jerry is a great salesperson and is extremely personable. Him and the GM Ricky made us comfortable and worked with me to get what I wanted and still stay within my budget. 10/10 service and I’m loving my new car!
