The people who answer the phones are extremely rude and talk down to you like you’re scum. If you have to deal with them, you’re not going to like it.
Sued me on behalf of a physical therapy office I owed money to and I paid them before the court date. Court date got cancelled. Now they are charging me hundreds more for lawyer fees when we never went to court to begin with. Shady company. Nothing more than greedy debt collectors who want to take a honest, hardworking person’s paycheck.
Lost my job filed for SSI and was told I could make payments. I was making payments and they sent papers to sue me anyway. Shame on you doing that to Senior citizens with limited income who are actually trying to pay. Your terrible!

Talked to 3 different people and the first, i’m guessing the receptionist was rude and ended up transferring me over to the next person without telling me she was transferring me over. Once i was transferred i guess i was transferred to the wrong person because she had to transfer me over to someone else. and the last person was just extremely rude! i had unclaimed funds that i wanted to know about and she just acted like I was already supposed to know what to do by what the letter told me.
