Took my 2021 F650 for service in Sept. Brake line was smoking. Replaced the brake lines. 2 days later both driver and passenger side wheel hub assemblies were leaking. Took it back for 2nd time. They "fixed" that. 3 days later passenger side hub assembly caught on fire with 3 employees in the truck. We had to use the fire extinguisher to put it out. The original repair was $1800. when i contact st charles ford lady is rude and techs maybe not professional had issue with transmission multiple times didnt able to fix it and problem is with girl over counter is very very rude truck has bumper to bumper warranty and its baeing sitting already 2 weeks and loaners didnt been provided lady sad u guys dont have beacuse u guys poor dealership that cant take customer
