Worst experience ever, deserves NO stars! This place is an absolute scam. I brought my vehicle in for a simple issue that was visibly obvious to anyone with EYES. Instead of addressing it, they insisted on charging me for a “diagnostic” that told me nothing I didn’t already know. They did not repair the car and refused to let me pick it up until I paid for this so-called service. I paid for a “diagnosis” that wasn’t needed, wasn’t accurate, and certainly wasn’t worth a cent. Charge $200 for a diagnosis of the issue I told them I had??? AND I couldn’t take my car until I paid it even though they did NO WORK on my car?!?!?!? Outrageous!!!!! Completely unacceptable!!!!!
