Horrible experience with this company. Recently purchased a brand new 2026 vehicle and not even two weeks later had to take it in because it jerked and made noise when driving and have not received it back yet due to them saying the issue is that it needs a new transmission. Dennis is so rude this place I mean one thing after another all I want is a good running car for my family I’m going to fight for my rights as a customer all the cars on the lot not getting sold and they still try to play you do you bogus they mark the cars they want to sell and give you loaners that’s unsafe to drive. (updated review): at one point I gave them 5 stars. Now if I could I would give them no stars. I will never come back to this place. The service was terrible-l had to bring my vehicle back five different times because the issue was never fixed correctly the first time. Completely unacceptable. As for the technician who worked on my vehicle, the quality of work was extremely poor. 10/10 would not recommend.
Worst experience ever, deserves NO stars! This place is an absolute scam. I brought my vehicle in for a simple issue that was visibly obvious to anyone with EYES. Instead of addressing it, they insisted on charging me for a “diagnostic” that told me nothing I didn’t already know. Charge $200 for a diagnosis of the issue I told them I had??? AND I couldn’t take my car until I paid it even though they did NO WORK on my car?!?!?!? Outrageous!!!!! Completely unacceptable!!!!!
