I Went their to Get my Transmission Fluid drained and topped off they gave me An oil change and I told them that’s not the service I came for and they refused to give me my money back and even really give me service they are very rude, disrespectful and not helpful ..

Not a big reviewer of things unless someone or someplace really deserves it But Hawk Jeep in forest park dealership and especially their service department is the absolutely the worst place I have ever taken a vehicle to be serviced !!!! Their total lack of communication over the 4 months of our jeep being in for an engine replacement at 70,000 miles… due to a back order of the engine and their lack of caring about their customers. I brought my car in with a third-party tow hitch issue and a separate brake light problem. Annmarie Sedlacek went above and beyond to help, keeping me updated every step of the way while the repairs were completed. Buyer Beware: My family and I were interested in a 2024 Rav4. They let me rest drive it for a day and take it to my own mechanic and we felt pretty good about it. When we asked to see the service records/reconditioning report that's when they started giving us the run around. First they told us they would send it to us.
