To start, my estimator was not very helpful when the service I requested was not communicated properly. I had gone for a recall and some other services and asked if there was any maintenance needed. Upon waiting I called back and check the status and found out only the recall was being performed and when I tried explaining the additional services that I wanted the estimator hung up. Horrible experience, stay away from this dealer for service repairs. I took my car in for covered warranty repairs, they did the work wrong had to return to get it fixed again. You'll wait 30 - 45 minutes every time you drop off or pick up a car. They also quoted me $1,000 because they said I needed to replace my exhaust pipe. I got a 2nd opinion and was told it was just a clip that needed to replaced for around $100. This is not a reputable place to take your car.
