Almost 2 hours for a basic “express” oil change at 7am. No tire rotation or filter replacements. One person in front of me. Their poster in the waiting area says it takes 90 minutes but includes a full inspection, tire rotation, and a car wash. Never has my car been washed during any normal services nor did I have any of the other services listed completed. This dealer has consistently had problems, recommend going somewhere else.
