I had questions for the service department that needed to be addressed by the supervisor. Dennis was very helpful and eased my mind. He's very knowledgeable I went in frustrated and left feeling relaxed. If you can trust your service agents that's a good place to go to.
They fix my air conditioner in June....and last week my air conditioner stop working. I called last week Thursday made an appointment for Friday. I came in on Friday, no one knew about the appointment and they said they couldn't take me bc they were short of staff. I was asked to come on Monday. I called all Monday morning before showing up and they didn't answer the phone.....I called all morning Tuesday and no one answered the phone. I just want my air conditioner repaired.
