First time I scheduled my service appointment, it was scheduled for 2 weeks out in order to reserve a loaner vehicle as I had my 2 year old with me. I get to the dealership, got my vehicle checked in, and no loaner was available. I was told by a service advisor to keep my vehicle and that he had a loaner coming back that day and he would call me when it came in. I had my car in the collision department for some front damage repairs. My Car came out looking brand new! I get compliments all the time! The customer service was outstanding. Everyone I encounter was so polite and friendly. I always have a great experience at Hawk Chevrolet in Joliet . I absolutely love them.

Truck threw codes and they were the closest dealer. The service guys pulled my truck in as soon as I got there, diagnosed, got me parts, and I was on the road again very quickly. I will probably buy my next one here. Thank you.....I also appreciate the friendly cubs vs sox banter with the staff.

I brought in my EV for its first tire rotation and multipoint inspection. The dealership found one recall to check and ran an update as well. I'd give them five stars, but their coffee was undrinkable, yuck.
