Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Kenny is very knowledgeable and very easy going and even answering questions I had about my bike. Thank you Kenny for everything brother.
My bike has been it that shop for 1 year and 1 month, call, no answer, can't even leave vm. Last conversation I was threatened to be beaten and shot, taking the cops to get my bike, terrible guy, 10 calls over the year and always getting cursed and threatened, don't take ur bike to Kenny Smith, hog wild in cleveland you will regret it
Wanted to fight my friend because they are unprofessional, If you want good work done go to hbr they won’t threaten you there.
This place was nice at first then was very unprofessional one man mentioned to beat my A$$ BRING YOUR BIKE TO HBR!!!
Had my bike in there for about almost 2 weeks so far , I’ve been in quite a hurry to get my bike back but the workers are taking their sweet time, all I needed was to get my fan to start going again due to alil overheating problem , and they’ve bought two different parts so far that haven’t even made the fan turn on , so I’ve wasted alot of money already and they still haven’t fixed what I brought it for , in my opinion don’t bring your bike here it’s a waste of Time and your money
