24 hour surveillance from a homeless man across the street. Bring him food/drinks and he will be your best friend. Storage is outside so there might be small critter issues. I have a hard time going there in the summer heat because I've had heat exhaustion in the past. Do seem to offer vehicle storage which is a huge plus for me, but also worry about small critters in the engine/vehicle.
Brent, worked with me until we were able to meet at the facility so that I can purchase a unit. I called on a Sunday and he was willing to oblige by showing up to help out when I was in need.
