Waited 2 months to get Triple Trees. When they arrived, an area of the top tree wasn't chromed, including large female threads that were galled. Plus, It was missing a pinch bolt. I sent some pics and a short video and then called on Monday. I was angry, but tried to confine it. The receptionist was mildly indignant about my emails. The owner sent me a pinch bolt, but was also mildly indignant about the upper tree. I didn't return the tree, because it would have been 2 more months. Review the invoices carefully!!! I received one invoice when I placed the order and another invoice for $100 more when the item shipped. I got some lukewarm excuse as to how this additional charge was added. Just be careful with these cats. My mistake, I didn’t realize it was customary for you to add $100 to the bill at your discretion. Like I said, REVIEW THEIR INVOICES CAREFULLY, especially since this is common practice from these boys.

Placed an order for triple trees on 9/6 and yet to arrive after a month. Asked for a replacement to be overnighted at no charge but refused by HH. I will post an update with how they handled/finalized this order once a product is received. Update 11/23/2023: the product has finally arrived on 10/12 (5 weeks from the order date) with no paper support, i.e. the parts list, instruction, etc., in it.
