I was not impressed that the guy tried to rip me off $100 to pop out my bumper. Yes it needed heat but another guy at another place did it for a packet of biscuits. So 1 million% over guys trying to rip off females in the auto industry. You think we are all dumb. Not so. My instinct said BS when he told me that & I was right. Not happy Jan.
