I cannot fault the team at the stables and Clwyd house practice especially Doctor Richards who has helped me during a very difficult time .
They are the worst Gp in the north Wales I’ve ever known you can’t get appointment for kids we can’t get through to the reception very ignorant people working in reception
Shocking practice
Many faults been with them 22 years and it just gets worse, they forgotten to send a referral to hospital 3 times! I wait in telephone queues patently for 45 mins and when I get to position 1 get cut off! This happens constantly. Getting an appointment is impossible.
