Tomorrow will be 7 weeks since I called to make an appointment with the orthopedic surgery department. There was no answer so I left a message, like the receptionist told me to do since they've been really busy, with my name, reason for my call and my callback number. 7 weeks later, I still have not received a call back. 3 days after I didn't get a call back, I called sioux center hospital. Honestly, I used to come here as a child. It wasn’t bad, I had my complaints but it was not terrible. I moved to spencer and had a WONDERFUL doctor. Unfortunately now, while having a child of my own, I cannot just pack her up and go to spencer whenever she’s sick. So obviously, I chose to go here. Each time, 3 to be exact- 2 in the clinic and one in the urgent care side, my experience for not only myself as a parent but for my daughter have been absolutely terrible.
