I've started to come to this branch because its closer to work and the reason for changing bank just recently. I came in on Thursday Nov. 5th and the line was not bad so I deposited at the teller. The girl, no hello, no thank you...just gives me the deposit slip after she's done. If you're in a bad mood , stay home. You make the whole branch look bad. Pfff...
My husband and I recently have joined Hawaii USA FCU and I must say we've had a lot of positive experiences. The only thing I have had a concern with is that some of the reps have some attitude, but I probably came.on their bad day. Other than that lines during lunch hour was great and I always had no problems in setting up loans and new accounts with them.
