They told me a transaction was canceled but then took it out several days later causing me to have a double charge. Then I disputed the double charge and was told it would take up to 90 days. I called the merchant to refund me so I could be credited faster "done" but then they refunded and charged me again. I had to be charged then credited it was a complete mess and shows they are not competent and lack communication throughout their business. I'm still trying to sort it out and then changing banks. I was dissatisfied with BOH and so I finally decided to open an account at the HawaiiUsa fcu I've passed a million times. Not only was it easy to open accounts, but the employees were very patient and friendly. I've decided to transfer all of my accounts to this location. Parking can be tight, but worth it for the aloha.
Experienced, Friendly, and hard working. Rina and Janice have been helping me and my family for over 20 years. The locations have moved but their work ethic and friendliness continues to amaze me to this day. Their work ethic is the best! I don't like other banks, that I won't name, because it seems their workers are in high school and their work ethic and lack of experience shows. Good job HawaiiUSAFCU! Keep up the good work.
