I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience with ****** USA Federal Credit Union, specifically regarding their business banking services.As newly established non-profit organization, we selected Hawaii USA based on their promotion of non-profit accounts and their new Kakaako location, which seemed like an excellent opportunity. This FCU has Very poor service, ******* Branch Manager unilaterally put money on hold for long periods of time. Staff at this branch does not seem to know how to do their jobs. When problems are uncovered, no one takes responsibility for making the customer whole. Finger pointing and my hands are tied is the only explanation offered.

A terrible company that refuses to take responsibility for and correct their mistakes that hurt their customers. I will never use Hawaii USA FCU again
