I placed a takeout order at 4:40 That was supposed to be ready at 5:15, When I came inside, it wasn’t ready. I sat in the lobby until 550. Still nothing and I left and never got my order. I really want a refund but every time I call I get sent to voicemail.
Great food, quick and easy service, and good prices.
Put in an online order. Said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Showed up 5 minutes after timeline provided. Order had not been started. Was told "it would be a while" saw no urgency from the employees. Paid extra for specific additions. They still got it completely wrong. No extra sauce.. prolly should hire all new crew who can handle doing the job properly. Service definitely not worth the 20% tip I left.
I love Hawaiian Time and have never had a bad meal here.
