We had a new A/C system installed by this company last year and were really pleased with the initial service. Unfortunately, we started experiencing a leak last week. When the technician came out on Thursday, he told us both the primary and secondary drain systems needed to be replaced, and that the system had been hooked up to the secondary drain during the original install. Damon and the team were so easy to work with. They set up split A/C's for my entire household and walked me through how to efficiently cool my home. The team uses Daikin splits and I've been really happy with their energy efficiency. I haven't been conservative about cooling the house and my energy bill hasn't increased dramatically. If you are looking to cool your house on O'ahu, I can't recommend this team enough.
