I was one of their first customers back in 2013. Still a great flavor & fresh fish. Not sure how they get fresh poke in the desert. My only complaint is I just ate the large bowl and am still hungry. I want more lol Not very much food anymore. I thought Hawaiians like big portions.

Holy crap. I didn’t expect this in this area. This is some of the best poke I’ve ever had. Rivals what I’ve had in Maui and Kauai. I had a favorite and now this is at the top. Excellent fish quality, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly sauced. Actual heat in the kimchi version. Loved every bite. Utah in general has had some of the worst food in the country, doesn’t seem to matter what part of the state, and this is a gem. Amazing!
