Our kayak and snorkeling adventure was absolutely amazing, and Lowe made the experience truly unforgettable! She was incredibly attentive and patient with our daughter, who was a little apprehensive about snorkeling, and with my husband, who is not a strong swimmer. She made everyone feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for throughout the entire adventure.
