My experience with this business was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I booked surf lessons for four individuals on May 6 for a scheduled session on May 25. Just days prior, the instructor canceled, stating he does not work Mondays—particularly Memorial Day—despite the fact that the booking was accepted without issue. We really really lucked out when the concierge at the Four Seasons recommended that we contact Kevin Hoke, the owner of Hawaiian Ocean Sports. We took a Road To Hana tour with Kevin and Sarah, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and drove us safely and steadily, taking us to the best waterfall spots and the amazing red sand beach! Kevin made sure to stop at really wonderful local spots for banana bread, coffee and locally sourced fruit. We were at Wailea Beach for the Kayak tour. The company was a no-show without any contact. Still waiting for any information back from them about why they weren't there for our tour. I would avoid this company since it's our first bad experience with any tours in Maui.

Trip was cancelled due to weather. Paid up front including tip, over $1000. Was completely ignored when it came time for a refund. No communication, no refund despite the company claiming in writing that a full refund is available if the trip is cancelled for weather.
