TERRIBLE !! NEVER will I go back. My hands are cut from filing I asked for stop bleed they put acetone!!!! My nail beds are swollen and being treated for infection 5 out of 10 fingers are cut where he filed my fingers!! Eye brow wax! Hell no!!! First time i ever had a pedicure in 45 minutes and it make me happy. Ty for a job well done.
I have been twice cause everyone is entitled to an "off" day. The first time was back in July. I went in with overlay and the tech started removing this with a nail tip tearing and ripping at my natural nails, causing bleeding. Her response, "OOPS" The I wanted the colored acrylic and she was handed the bottle that matched my toes, She grabbed the wrong one and again was "OOPS"..
