I had a really great experience here! Communication was great, they were able to fit me in when it worked for my schedule, they did such an amazing job with my car, and were so nice. My car seriously looks brand new - better than I even expected. Highly recommend!
Would give ZERO stars if I could! I spoke with a guy named Adam and scheduled an appointment and was told that someone would be at the lot at drop-off time and to call the number if not. No one was at the lot, and when we called the number, no one answered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was also very rude on previous calls. He had told me on the first call: "We don't pick up when you call cause that's not how it works. You don't call us. We call YOU."
