the staff is very rude and unprofessional my dad went for a broken toe and the front desk lady took my dad's insurance and his driver's license and they didn't give it back and when my dad told the lady that she didn't give it back she kept denying it and denying it and she was incredibly rude then when my dad left he received a call saying that they did have it so he had to drive back over there twice to go pick it up all of this could've been avoided if they just checked instead of just denying it also they didn't even do ... read more
So far the only thing I don’t like about this place is that they use a call center . They don’t use a direct line to the front desk for appointments, information, or just about anything. The call center is so rude and annoying , other than that the doctors are ok just a different dr. Each time I’m not really a fan of that but whatever . Literally getting the bare minimum. My shoulder was inflamed and they didn’t want to prescribe me any medication which i thought was weird.

Avoid this place at all costs. I was very I'll and didn't receive a medical prescription for my health issue after seeing the doctor. Staff was like whatever and felt like they didn't care. Best to go to urgent care or a much more better quality clinic. Parking also sucks.
