Casinos representatives needs to stop demanding or expecting for tips on good hands as they don't return the tips on bad hands. Any player that win something on some hands does not mean they are winning for the day or is winning during your dealing session. Tips are optional base on how a player feel about a dealer or a representative, it is not mandatory.
