Awesome experience and they met me outside there normal business hours to get my equipment working around my crazy schedules. Everything was there and easy to install. Best decision I’ve made all year. The equipment is “A” commercial grade and worth every penny. Only issues I’ve had was packaging for the multi function bench was had a really big dent in the fabric from what appears to be shipping or packaging damages but it does not affect the quality of the bench, just some cosmetics.
