Our power got turned off due to a mistake on our end. We paid the bill in full and they still haven't come to turn on the power. It's like a punishment we pay the highest rates in the nation. I know we messed up, but still yet we have to wait 6 days to get our power turned back on. This is so unfair.
What a worthless company. Highest rates in the nation with minimal services, a 24 hour emergency line that never works, an office you can't go to. I can't wait to never give tou a dime again. You are crooks. Nothing more. Shame on anyone working there. I do respect the lineman, the only working people there.
