This company subcontracted out all of our work and then charge overhead and profit. They did work with our insurance company. When they violated the contract we had by not providing the service we originally agreed to, I requested a new contract and was told that the final statement would reflect the new service provided. They ended up paying an amateur team to complete the service and forced me to pay the original contract price.
