The wait time on orders is ridiculous if you order online and you show up expect a long line and they refuse to hand you, your order if you go inside. The staff are a miserable bunch, poor attitude and customer service skills that are non existent. This is one establishment where are the entire staff being replaced by robots and AI would be an upgrade, do it good.
