The service took 30 + minutes to get food. Dash drivers were waiting lined up to get their food to deliver (it was sad). 1 cook 2 people handing the the orders. Mismanagement!

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! How this place has almost 5 stars is beyond insane… though it looks like all of their locations have 4.8 stars, seems rigged. I went thru the drive thru for a wrap. They asked me to pull around because they had to cook the chicken and that it would be 5 minutes. Over 30 minutes later, I go inside because I still have not received my order. Orders in the drive through, was told it could be 5-7 or a little longer as they needed to drop more chicken. After waiting for 20 mins, I went to cancel the order. Turns out they had it the whole time, just didn't want to bring it out to me. Not worth the wait or the service.
