Do not eat here, waited an hour with my pregnant wife. Food never came after constantly “checking in” to the app. Great idea to use this stupid kiosk though, they make it so you can’t complain.
I love Hawaiian Bros. But this location sucks! If you need help with anything they are very rude and dismissive. They skimp on the bbq sauce and even when asked for more only give 1 of each for 2 people. I love the Live Oak location. They are always nice there and have never had any problems in the many times I’ve ordered there. I’ve ordered twice from this food hall location and I’ve had trouble both times.
