Went to drive up 3x. Staff was very polite and quick, store appeared clean from the outside. Problem was, the chicken was fatty and some pieces had skin on them. Gave this location 3 tries and each time received the same fatty, not skinless chicken. I also eat at the one in North KC and the one on Noland and have always received better quality pieces of chicken. I’ve been traveling the states and this is my second time trying this restaurant. The food is delicious. The price is good and the portions are just right. My favorite is the Huli Huli chicken. My son loves the orange chicken and the cherry on top is their tropical soft serve for dessert. Eric is absolutely the best. Excellent customer service and a hard worker.
