I think it might be a satellite Lounge the only thing to eat were some chips, and the only thing to drink was water tea and coffee. It was fine for a rest, just not to the scale of regular airport lounges.
I asked kindly for help for my mom and grandma since I couldn’t board with them, and one of the workers just walking around scanning barcodes rudely said no.
