Felt like I needed to give a more detailed review after reading a not so friendly review moments ago. Ken is curt, direct. But he is not racist Or unskilled. He is a passionate person, and the kind of bmw guy that does get frustrated with owners that neglect maintenance and try to cheap out on repairs. You own a German car, you want a mechanic like Ken. ken is knowledgeable and passionate about cars and it shows. he's taken care of my x5 for the occasional thing that needs fixing - from needing new tires to inspecting odd sounds. I feel like I'm in good hands with Ken
Ken was able to diagnose & fix multiple issues with my wrangler within a very short period of time after multiple mechanics were completely incorrect. Highly recommend
