ken is knowledgeable and passionate about cars and it shows. he's taken care of my x5 for the occasional thing that needs fixing - from needing new tires to inspecting odd sounds. I feel like I'm in good hands with Ken

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Hawaii Vintage Workshop and its owner, Ken Fritz, was nothing short of a nightmare. After running out of fuel, I had to pay $300 to have my car towed to this shop for inspection. From the moment I arrived, I was met with disrespect and hostility—Ken complained about my car and, shockingly, seemed to have a problem with the color of my skin. This is the only place I’ll take my BMW, Ken is great about explaining everything that they do to my vehicle. He keeps the old parts to show you what he replaced and why. As someone who isn’t vehicle savvy, he breaks it down so I can understand.
