A man on the phone told me what I would need ahead of time and clarified some of my confusion about filling out the necessary forms. The windows are at the far back right corner on the first floor. You can grab forms there or print them out ahead of time. Take a number and wait to be called. The in person service isn't five stars at all, but everything was filled out and submitted correctly which is important. Payment is made at a seperate window to the left. Give yourself time. Bring a pen and a good attitude.
When I went there was no line fast service. The only inconveniences Is parking.
Lazy never do there job and are no help at all

The woman on the phone would not let me speak and was basically yelling at me. She didn’t know the law and was arguing with me about it.
