When I went there was no line fast service. The only inconveniences Is parking.

The woman on the phone would not let me speak and was basically yelling at me. She didn’t know the law and was arguing with me about it.
I've always found the tax department to be efficient and helpful. Calling in is a great way to get more detailed information about your specific situation if you receive a letter. Hawaii tax online is also a great way to handle payments etc. Could it be better? Probably, but I find it works well for my circumstance.
