Peggy was extremely helpful with my case. I recently received a letter stating that I hadn't filed taxes for several years, despite having done so. It seemed that my taxes had either not been received or had not been mailed in. This experience taught me an important lesson: never rely on someone else to handle your taxes. If you do, make sure to personally mail in the forms and keep copies for your records. I'm currently dealing with taxes from 2017, and even the IRS does not retain files beyond 7 years.
