SATURDAY FEB 21 - I’m arriving after close (currently typing this 8mins after close with employees inside) just to use exterior ATM, and I’m prompted with this message. Another empty atm, the bank just closed, it should be full and available to members.
2nd review I’m doing this week on my own banks atms, last review included that the atm was down , this locations atm HAS NO CASH?! My bank needs to step it up
You guys have the worst customer service on the phone. I called twice to see which branch I can go to. The first time the guy puts me on hold then hangs up and when I called again someone else picked up and was very shocked by my name. What is going on here.
I'm a business owner that banks with HSFCU. Even though I live west side, I much rather make the commute to visit this location -- lines are shorter, tellers are friendlier, lots of parking
