This is the kind of place that makes you consider being selfish. Yes the overall experience is so good you consider not telling anyone for fear of messing up a good thing! The facility is clean, quiet, I always feel safe. Both the staff and the customers have been nothing but nice and courteous. Liz is a customer service allstar as stated in other reviews (give that lady a raise) plus, as the cherry on top, the facility is state of the art with phone app control for the gate and elevator! Liz and the gang out in Pearl City are awesome! They are so efficient, and I love that I'm able to pay online. It's such a time saver for us. They remember our names! Those girls in the office are so friendly. I love going to my storage unit just because I see them!
Was very pleased to find a facility with a small space, and at first glance seemed like a nice local business. However this is the worst organization: they raised my rent after one month by 50%. Every time I go there there's homeless people sneaking in the gate behind me and using the bathrooms etc. It's a sad and foul place, beware. I will move out as soon as I can find a suitable new spot.
The service is here at Hawaii self storage is awesome. The girls here are on it. Liz is super sweet and helpful. They got me the perfect storage size that I needed for my things. Much Mahalo. 🤙
