Was very pleased to find a facility with a small space, and at first glance seemed like a nice local business. However this is the worst organization: they raised my rent after one month by 50%. Every time I go there there's homeless people sneaking in the gate behind me and using the bathrooms etc. It's a sad and foul place, beware. I will move out as soon as I can find a suitable new spot.
The service is here at Hawaii self storage is awesome. The girls here are on it. Liz is super sweet and helpful. They got me the perfect storage size that I needed for my things. Much Mahalo. 🤙
Liz and Raquel are very nice and they display excellent customer service. They are very attentive
Clean, quick response time, and good AC system. Kept my stuff in good condition during a deployment.
