I have purchased 1 bracelet, 2 pendants, and and I believe 7 chains different lengths and widths. (2 which were custom) I have never had an issue. Communication is unmatched. Even when I moved HRC called to make sure it was my address. I bought one for my brother that lives in a different state and was emailed to confirmed it was the correct information.
