I have done bath and kitchen remodels at several rentals in this community and can say the general area is clean, well cared for, and nice. If this listing is for just one unit, then Google is asking me to rate the community based on this vague listing. I would rent here. Note that if you want an authentic hawaii experience, waikaloa is just a pretty resort. This isnt the essence of Hawaii. Its a fabulous place to stay though.
