I inherited an old pool plumbing system that was clearly overly complicated and didn't even work properly. I couldn't find anyone on Kauai who understood the system and could help fix it. Accidentally called this business, heard their answering machine and hung up. I was texted to see if i needed any assistance and a nice text dialog ensued. If i ever need their services, i will seek it from them. Their communication is excellent.
Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I ultimately selected Infinity Pools because of their fair pricing, parts/labor warranty, and the fact that they are licensed. Steve provided me with two different options based upon my pool needs and was able to squeeze my job in the same day as accepting the quote.
