THE WORST. EXTREMELY difficult to get someone on the phone. They seem to highly encourage “texting” or using their “secure messaging” portal for communication but they take an entire workday or two to reply back. Horrible patient service /Admin process.
Dr Gonzalez was caring, compassionate, & helped me make a challenging decision. She is also a master in her filed. I highly recommend her.
I had an appt for an EEG with J-E. He was very knowledgeable about the entire procedure and made sure that I felt comfortable as the process would take an hour. He really cares for his patients and makes the environment calm with soothing music in the background. I definitely recommended his care if you need an EEG.
Dr. Liow and the Hawaii Pacific Neuroscience team are a MAJOR asset to the medical community. Friendly, efficient, and caring. Dr. Liow specifically has a way of disseminating medical information to patient's that doesn't minimize any aspect of a person's health, including their mental health which is more often than not wholly ignored by medical doctors who are tasked with determining causes of *physical* health concerns.
