Doesn’t exchange bills if you aren’t a member. I’ve never heard of a bank that does that.
There Drive up window is extremely slow .The cars that lining up for drive up window always blocking the intersection that's why the car owners always fighting on that area...They should open their lobby area for their customers so that they accomodate their customers faster....That's why i prefer Bank of Hawaii and American Savings Bank...Hawaii National Bank no good...
A place love to cash my checks
I've been banking here at Hawaii National Bank in Kalihil for over a decade. The friendly tellers are always so helpful and courteous. I only wish that they had more branches since I have moved out to the westside of the island. I use to really enjoyed using the drive through teller window & it was a big reason I chose this branch years ago. The HNB mobile banking app is a breeze to use & has made going into the bank to deposit checks a thing of the past. I highly recommend Hawaii National Bank to all my friends & family.
