I asked to have my set of acrylic nails taken off. The lady didn’t know what she was doing in my option because she used another acrylic nail to try and lift mine off. It hurt so bad. I told her so but she kept going. When she finished, there were still pieces attached and my nails were all different lengths and shapes. She was going to do a gel manicure. ‼️Very disappointed. This is my go to place but it looks like I have to find another place to go. The woman doing my feet, used the cheese grader on one foot, placed it down on the dirty floor and attempted to use it on my other foot!!! I said wasn’t that just on the floor?? She nodded. I said please do not use that on my foot. SMH! This is a health code violation which is why I won’t let it slide and have to leave a review.
