After the heavy winds and rains on March 13th, I had water leak into the house and between the walls. Hawaii Mold and Flood came to assess and remedy the situation. Very prompt and great communication with Glen! They were very thorough, explained everything to me, and did a great job in taking care of the problem. As part of an air conditioning installation in our Kona Alii condo, Hawaii Mold and Flood first removed the asbestos popcorn ceiling, then they smooth textured the ceiling, covered the mini-split air conditioning pipes with drywall, and painted all of that. After various delays in the project for various reasons, mostly out of their control, they worked very hard the last two weeks to get the project finished in time for scheduled guests. This company was very patient and very helpful assisting me in my homeowner’s claim and help walked me through the process! They always got back with photos regarding the wonderful work they did to resolve my water leak issues! Not only did they do our remarkable job in their work but also met the time frame they promised me to complete all repairs!!! I would recommend this company very highly!
