Juan was so great! We had a problem with HERTZ. They would not rent us a Jeep without a credit card and for some reason, my credit credit card was not working. Juan came to our hotel with the jeep and was super accommodating I paid everything with my debit card and we were on our way. ❤️ Thanks again, Juan! We will definitely be using him again on our next trip
We were extremely pleased with our Jeep rental! We booked it last minute, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The owner was very professional, friendly, and even gave us great tips and recommendations on places to visit for our first trip to Hawaii, which made our vacation even better. He was also very flexible with the drop-off time, and having the Jeep delivered directly to our hotel was incredibly convenient. Juan’s jeeps were great!! Super clean, well maintained, and fun to drive around the island. Juan was super easy to communicate with and coordinate pickup and dropoff. Would highly recommend!!
Juan was awesome to work with. Wife and I were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary with our first trip to Oahu and Juan helped make it a great week. We loved the jeep and I highly recommend renting from Juan. We are definitely coming back next year and will rent from Juan again.
