Juan was great! Very communicative and helpful from the start, and stayed in communication with me for the entire rental experience. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! I can’t wait to come back and rent from him again. 10/10 would recommend and very fairly priced!
Juan was so great! We had a problem with HERTZ. They would not rent us a Jeep without a credit card and for some reason, my credit credit card was not working. Juan came to our hotel with the jeep and was super accommodating I paid everything with my debit card and we were on our way. ❤️ Thanks again, Juan! We were extremely pleased with our Jeep rental! We booked it last minute, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The owner was very professional, friendly, and even gave us great tips and recommendations on places to visit for our first trip to Hawaii, which made our vacation even better.
