I’d definitely give zero stars but I’m forced to give 1. The clerk is very rude and even after warm 6 months (sometimes even longer) for appointment they make you wait 30 minutes plus to be seen. Also the last time my child took xrays she started to scream I though it was because she was afraid but come to find out they cut up the inside of her month. I RECOMMEND FINDING A BETTER DENTIST! Kailua Kona has a few to choise from.
Not always easy to get on the phone. But docs, nurses and staff are super friendly! I always feel like family when I bring my kids here. Dr. Paul has the BEST bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen! My kids Love him.
I had a great experience with with all three of my kids. They treated me very well and was straight to the point. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
Kealakekua location. Came in at 7:55am cause online hours of operation for this location and Wednesday says 7:30am is hours of operation .... Nurse or front desk lady treated me as if I wasn't supposed to be in there yet. I only needed the dr to sign and fill out paperwork for my daughter's school saying she came and no cavities. She said I could drop off paperwork and come back later cause they don't open til 8am. Well why are the doors unlocked and open and why does it say online that doors open at 7:30?
