Worst experience ever. The call center or customer representatives are not consistent with giving customers the RIGHT information. You pretty much get bounced around with East side and West side. To top it off when you finally get in you get bounced to another office for service because they are not doing the service you requested today! Bad communication and knowledge of what office does what on a daily basis.
ADD SUPER AWESOME LOCAL GIRL NIKKI KUNITOMO TO THE PRESTIGOUS LIST OF THIS GREAT CLINIC WHICH INCLUDES THE GREAT CHOW HWANG!!!!!!! NIKKI IS VERY CARING AND PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! ALSO PART OF THIS LIST IS PAUL HAYWARD!!!!!!! GOD BLESS!!!!!!!
I’m reviewing the dental services…and they’re awesome! They also have an office in Kealakehe and it’s so nice they provide dental services in South Kona too. In an emergency we have gone to the Kealakehe office and I love the flexibility and ability to get in when needed. My child has braces so I have to coordinate with an orthodontist and her dentist. We’ve been in a variety of dental offices over the years and this place is a favorite for our family.
This place is the best!!! The staff and care providers are always so thoughtful and kind. Everyone goes the extra mile to help provide caring for their patients. Ibid and her team are always amazing!!!!!!
Dr. Paul Hayward is NOT a good doctor. Crazy how terrible of an experience I had here. He diminished my condition by saying multiple times “I don’t want to diminish your condition, but…” then continued to diminish my condition. At the same time he told me to not be optimistic about getting better and that I would just have to live with my symptoms.
