This dentist office is really hit or miss. Had an appointment at 2:15pm and it's now 3:33pm and the dentist still hasn't even walked into the room yet. The should seriously let their clients know when they are behind. Definitely would not recommend this dentist office.
This corporation gets away with Gross unprofessionalism A lowered standard of care and abysmal customer service Because they know Hawaii Island residents have little to no choice when it comes to dentists. The only reason people go here is because they are Impoverished or in acute need. If you have any choice whatsoever you should go anywhere else. I can't say enough bad things about this corporation, who's mission is to bolster private profits instead of public good.
Worst service ever been going here for over 2 decades they just kicked me out because they let six people in front of me when I have an emergency tooth extraction needed. And it’s against federal law to deny somebody that needs Emergency care so I hope that they get their karma quickly. I hope and pray they either get federally audited or shut down.
I haven't been there yet , but just making an appointment today with Chantel made me feel like she actually cared while listening to my concerns. I'm usually terrified of dentists, but I'm actually looking forward to my appt, because she put me at ease. Thanks Chantelle
