My Dental Emergency was treated with utmost care and professionalism, from the Counter, to the Dental Assistant, to the Dentist in Charge, to the Pharmacy. I recommend going in after lunch if Your Dental Emergency can wait, but they start taking Emergency Walk-ins at 7:00. A Real Aloha in Care!
The staff is exceptional, and always feel welcomed and given professional care. Dr. White is an exceptional Doctor of Dental Expertise. I’ve had a lot of dentists, and I’ve never had the quality of care that he has provided me. I will be following him to his private practice when he eventually moves on to his own. I have no complaints with the dental clinic. I did have a terrible experience with Hawaii Family Dental (Chain in Oahu & Big Island), and I have told as many people as possible to not go there, due to their salesma... read more
Wonderful, friendly, efficient! My first visit was as a walk-in emergency visit. They fit me in on a busy day, took great care of me, and won my loyalty. Well visit appointments are scheduled out 2 or 3 months, but that's fine and standard in the industry. If you're ill and need to see a doctor, you can go as a walk-in patient and be seen. Their pharmacy service is also top notch. Glenn is patient and answers any and all questions.
I was so grateful for them but every single repair aside my root canal had failed. And they still re-charge my insurance for their mistake :(
